TikTok questions
Does Posto publish to TikTok or send to my inbox?
Both. Where TikTok grants Posto direct posting, the post goes out by itself with the privacy and interaction settings you chose. Otherwise it arrives in your TikTok inbox: you get a notification, finish the post in the TikTok app and publish it.
Can I schedule photo posts?
Yes: from one to %images% pictures, with a description. They wait in the same queue and calendar as your videos.
Why is my caption not on a video sent to the inbox?
TikTok takes no caption with a video sent to the inbox. Posto keeps your text: copy it from the queue or the Telegram bot and paste it in TikTok.
Can I delete a TikTok post from Posto?
No. TikTok’s API has no call to delete a post, so delete it in the TikTok app.
Are links in a caption clickable?
No, TikTok does not make them clickable. Posto warns you about it in the composer.
What happens when TikTok’s daily limit is reached?
The post stops with a clear reason instead of retrying on its own, and you send it again from the queue when TikTok allows.
