Terms of use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Thank you for using posto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the service. By creating an account you agree to them.

When we say “posto”, “we”, “our” or “us”, we mean the operator of the service at posto.run. When we say “Service”, we mean the posto.run website and application. When we say “you” or “your”, we mean the people or organizations that own an account with the Service.

We may update these Terms. When we make a significant change, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and take other appropriate steps to notify account holders. Using the Service means agreeing to the latest Terms. These Terms contain a limitation of our liability.

1. Your account

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
  2. You are responsible for all content published through and activity that occurs under your account.
  3. You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.

2. Connected platforms

  1. The Service publishes content to third-party platforms (such as Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and X) on your instruction. By connecting an account you confirm you are allowed to publish on its behalf.
  2. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them.
  3. Platforms may change or limit their APIs, reject content, or revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for a platform’s decisions, and we cannot guarantee that a scheduled post will be published.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish spam, malware, content that infringes the rights of others, content that is unlawful, or content that harasses, threatens or deceives people. You may not use the Service to evade a platform’s rules or limits.

4. Cancellation and termination

  1. You can delete your account from your account settings, or by emailing hello@posto.run from the address on your account. Your content becomes inaccessible immediately and is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
  2. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, and we may refuse the Service to anyone for any reason.

5. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

6. Uptime, security and privacy

  1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any service-level agreement.
  2. We process your data as described in our Privacy policy and for no other purpose.

7. Content ownership

  1. Everything you submit to the Service remains yours. You give us a limited license to store, process and publish it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the Service to you.
  2. We do not pre-screen content, but we may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.
  3. We own all rights in the Service itself. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

8. Liability

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) a post that was not published, published late, or published incorrectly; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (iv) the actions of any connected platform or other third party; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Service.
