Facebook questions
Can I post to a personal profile or a group?
No. Posto publishes to Facebook Pages: Facebook’s API does not let apps post to personal profiles or groups. You need a role on the Page that lets you create content.
Can I schedule Reels and Stories?
Yes. Pick Post, Reels or Story for each post. A Reel takes one video; a story takes one photo or one video and no text, and the composer tells you so.
Can I connect several Pages?
Yes. Tick every Page you need in one sign-in. Each becomes its own channel, and the same post can go to all of them at once.
Can I delete a published post from Posto?
Yes, posts and videos. Facebook’s API has no call to delete a story, so a story stays until it expires after 24 hours.
Can I answer Messenger from Posto?
Yes: messages and pictures, a private reply to a commenter, and the comments, mentions and reviews of your Page, all in one place. Facebook lets a Page reply only for a while after the person’s last message.
How many pictures can one post have?
Up to %images%. A post with more goes out with the first %images%, and the composer warns you before you schedule it.
