Questions
Before you connect your channel
Does Posto need my Telegram account?
No. You add the Posto bot to the channel as an administrator allowed to post. Remove the bot and Posto loses access.
Can I run several channels?
Yes. Each channel has its own slots and time zone, and all of them share one queue and one calendar. Invite co-admins to the workspace.
Why don’t I see views of my own posts?
Telegram does not give bots the views of a channel’s own posts. Posto shows what it can get: subscribers, reactions, poll votes and clicks on short links. Views appear for the public channels you track.
How does the first comment work?
Link a discussion group to the channel and add the bot there as an administrator. Posto posts the first comment under the post, and the group’s comments appear on the “Comments” screen.
